Shaffner to guide Art Company directors Council

Shaffner Production designer John Shaffner continues to be chosen to some three-year term as chair from the Art Company directors Council.He replaces Thomas A. Walsh, who continues as leader from the Art Company directors Guild. The ADG works as Local 800 from the Intl. Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees and it has four craft local authorities incorporated the Art Company directors Council.Shaffner was formerly vice chair from the ADC, a publish now filled by Corey Kaplan. Jack Fisk seemed to be chosen towards the council.Shaffner lately completed 4 years as chairman and Boss from the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and works as production designer on "2 . 5 Males," "The Large Bang Theory" and "Mike and Molly." Fisk was production designer on Terrence Malick's "The Tree of Existence" as well as on Malick's next film, up to now untitled.New people lately chosen towards the other craft local authorities include Ben Nowicki from the Scenic, Title & Graphic Artists Council and James Hewitt from the Set Designers and Model Makers Council.
